Furnace Service

  1. Change air filters  (Filters included in service)

  2. Clean burners if applicable

  3. Change belt if applicable  (Belts included in service)

  4. Check all operating and safety controls

  5. Check thermostat operation

  6. Check the heat exchanger

*Furnace service does not include parts.  If parts are needed you will be given an estimate for repairs.

Air Conditioning Service

  1. Change air filter/s  (Included in service)

  2. Clean condensing coil

  3. Change belt if applicable  (Included in service)

  4. Check refrigerant charge

  5. Check operating and safety controls

  6. Check thermostat operation

*Air conditioning service does not include parts.  If parts are needed you will be given an estimate for repairs.

Spa Service

  1. Test water and add chemicals as needed

  2. Check all operating and safety controls

Deck Service

  1. Power wash and treat deck with sealer. (Sealer purchased by YMF or Resident)
General Services
  1. Property inspection  (Visual inspection of your property and home)
  2. Deck and sidewalk clean up  (Blow pine needles off deck and sidewalks)
  3. Gutter cleaning  (Clean gutters)
